S fold curtains, also sold as wave fold curtains, suit modern open-plan rooms and run on a track. Pinch pleat curtains give traditional rooms a tailored finish on a track or rod. A pencil pleat heading gathers lighter fabrics neatly. Eyelet curtains slide easily along a rod, so they suit rooms where curtains are drawn often.
Fullness is the amount of fabric used per metre of track, and more fullness creates deeper folds. If you like the look of curtain fabric but want it to sit neatly in the window frame, our roman blinds fold up in soft layers instead.
